Volvo cars app problems

My app says it can’t communicate with my car when it is in use but it’s parked in the garage. Remote start won’t work and it says the windows are open. I have deleted and reinstalled the app and also rebooted the infotainment system but nothing works. Anyone have experience with this issue.
