Drivers Wing mirror replacement

Hi all, XC60 2010 Drivers wing mirror replacement wiring question, I cant tell which wire goes to which connector on the replacement mirror unit, I can't determine what each terminal feeds.. one wire is black the other is sort of light grey. Does anyone happen to know? Many thanks Mark
