I am a private hire driver, and although my partners in the business run the excellent Skoda Superb estate, I was inspired to buy a V90 diesel Momentum with blond interior and numerous extras. It had 34,000 miles on it and at £22000 was actually cheaper than an equivalent Skoda. My partners feel they have been duped in some way, and passengers are endlessly complimentary, and I get tips that way exceed those of my colleagues. Current mileage is 115K and it drives like new. Only issue is emissions warning light intermittently coming on.
