Gearbox clunk

Hi,
I had the gearbox oil replaced at 140000 , the cars now on 155000 and has developed an intermittent “clunk “ when selecting D or R is this telling me I need to do it again ? Or is it something that needs addressing via the ecu at main dealers ?
